Meet Sam Hill
General background:
Born and raised in regional NSW, I started competitive cycling as an U15 rider back in 2009. I started racing with Muswellbrook Cycling Club, which evolved into riding with the Hunter Academy of Sport, before making my way onto a National Road Series team in 2013. Since then, I have not looked back.
I have a passion for researching the most effective methods to implement and modify training to achieve specific and targeted goals. The human body will adapt to nearly any stimulus you provide to it over time. It is incredible how you can specifically improve an area of your cycling when you have the knowledge and persistence to do so.
From novice, to expert, it is my goal to spread a love of cycling to my clients to help them reach their maximum potential.
