What are your fees?

The Gold Package is $260 a month (AUD) which provides everything you need to meet your goals in cycling.

The Platinum Package is $450 (AUD). It includes everything in the Gold but also delivers nutrition guidance and a personalised gym program. 

How does online cycling coaching work?

Online cycling coaching involves a coach creating a customized training plan for an individual cyclist based on their goals, fitness level, and schedule. Communication occurs through emails, calls, messaging apps and specialized coaching platforms (Todays Plan). Coaches provide workouts, analyze data, offer feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the training plan.

What equipment do I need for online cycling coaching?

You'll need a bike, a way to measure your cycling metrics (such as a cycling computer or smartphone app), a heart rate monitor, and potentially a power meter. Access to the internet and a device for communication with your coach, like a computer or smartphone, is also necessary.

What happens if I need to change my training plan due to unforeseen circumstances?

Online coaching is flexible, we can adjust your training plan as needed. If you have an injury, illness, or a change in your schedule, we can modify your workouts to accommodate these changes while keeping your goals in mind.
